Almonds causing acne?
Almonds have proven to be very beneficial for skin and hair due to the presence of Vitamin E.
They not only moisturize skin but they also slow down aging.
There is no stern proof that they are responsible for causing acne. Omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids are responsible for increasing the blood flow. These fatty acids are a major part of almonds and add glow to your face.
Although they are beneficial for our face it’s over consumption can cause redness and acne. About 8 to 10 almonds are recommended to be consumed daily.
You can increase the count up to 20 or 23 almonds per day, but more than that is not recommended.
They are kenned to keep you sated and also increase your metabolism, thus aiding in weight loss.
