Modak is sweet dumplings specially made in Maharashtrian households during the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi. Modak peeth is essential to make a perfect modak. The texture and taste of your modak depend on it.
Our product is made by grinding superior quality aromatic rice called ‘Ambemohar’ rice.

HOW TO USE
Modak peeth is converted the dough by kneading it using water, milk, and ghee.
A small quantity of sugar and salt is also added. Aromatic modak peeth is added directly into boiling water and little milk, ghee, sugar, and salt. It is enclosed with a plate or towel for a few minutes.
Small balls are made out of it after kneading the dough while it is still hot.
Balls are flattened and packed with sweet coconut filling. Sides are pinched and joined together to a form modak.
Besides making modak, it can also make bhakri (chapati made using rice flour).
It is safe to be consumed during pregnancy.
