  1. ‘Return’ is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the customer to the / Powle Home Foods website.


  1. A return can be requested by a customer when any of the following situations arises –
  2. Ordered Item(s) is lost or damaged during transit or Product(s) was/were missing.
  3. Ordered item(s) is past it expiry date( in case of printed expiry date)

i.    The wrong item(s) was/were received.

  1. Damaged or Seal broken on Product
  2. Part/Accessory missing
  3. item not Compatible
  4. Seller Description/Specification Wrong
  5. Defective (Functional issues)
  6. Product not working and Manufacturer claims invalid Invoice
  7. less quantity delivered by / Powle Home Foods


ii. If any of above case is found to be true, / Powle Home Foods can either re-ship you the missing / actual product(s) or can initiate a refund equal to the price of missing / actual product(s) as per invoice.

iii We encourage the customer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case the customer orders a wrong item, / Powle Home Foods shall not be entitled to any return/refund.


    iv.  In the case of any missing or wrong product(s), the customer needs to raise the request within 24 hours from the time of delivery.


      v.    In case, wrong product(s) is/are delivered, you will need to ship the product(s) to us and we will ship a replacement immediately or will initiate a refund.

      vi.  In the case of missing product(s), we will ship you the missing product(s) or will initiate a refund.


      1. All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.
      2. In the event the Seller accepts the return request raised by the customer, the customer will have to return the product(s) and then the refund shall be credited to the customer’s account within 7 to 10 working days on your Credit card, net banking, debit card or as per transaction initiated.
      3. Refund will only be processed after a quality check of the product by experts of / Powle Home Foods.

      vii.    All order/sub orders cancelled will be refunded as per the payment mode selected by customer except for COD/Cheque pay mode, where refund shall be processed via Cheque

      viii.     Charges displayed on the site include only the cost of the product, Service fee for payment, facilitation fee and shipping charges will be levied/charged extra as applicable. Similarly for any applicable refunds the full amount, which has been charged, is refunded.

      ix.    For reported defects on products with manufacturer's warranty the customer needs to contact the relevant service center of the manufacturer, respectively. / Powle Home Foods shall not be held responsible for any refund claim in such a case from the customer.


      1. / Powle Home Foods reserves the right to cancel / cross verify any order placed using Credit Card which holds International Billing Address.


      x. / Powle Home Foods reserves the right to cancel any order placed which is not available, out of stock or in short supply.


      xi.     For reported defects on products with manufacturer's warranty the customer needs to contact the relevant service center of the manufacturer, respectively. / Powle Home Foods shall not be held responsible for any refund claim in such a case from the customer.


      xii.     Octroi charges may be levied on some products displayed on the site. These charges are not refundable and shall be borne by the customer. In the event of cancellation of the order the Octroi charges levied shall not be refunded as well Octroi charges may be applicable Customer end while and delivery and return also this charges will not be refunded.


      1. We / Powle Home Foods as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.


      xiii.     The / Powle Home Foods shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of goods due to flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of the company and no responsibility or liability of any violation of local or international laws that may be incurred by your visit and/or transaction/s on this web-site.


       xiv.      In the event if the payment has been processed by Vendor / Seller for the returned Product(s), the refund amount shall be credited to your credit / debit card account and the same shall be duly notified to by email to your email address provided at the time of registration.


      xv.    If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


      xvi.     In case the Seller / Vendor rejects the return request of the Buyer, and Buyer raises a dispute, then / Powle Home Foods will try to mediate and resolve the dispute between both the parties. If the dispute is resolved in favour of the Buyer, a refund is provided once the product is returned to the Seller. If the dispute is settled in favour of the Seller, Buyer is entitled to any refund.



      1. No Return/Refund will be initiated to any customer in case of quality concern. We sell/ship best quality of products available in market. Images display along with Products is only for general information purpose and can differ from actual products in physical aspects such as size and color, labels, packing.
      2. If a customer enters wrong shipping address at the time of checkout, / Powle Home Foods is not liable for any refund.


      All return product(s) should be unused and should be sent back along with original box and invoice to: / Powle Home Foods Mumbai

      The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days.
